Q: What is myAnimalRx?
We know accessibility to timely OTC (over the counter) and prescription antibiotics are critical. And it’s not always feasible to pick up items direct from us at the clinic. myAnimalRx is our online pharmacy store helping us provide what you need, when you need it, shipped directly to your gate.

Q: What’s different between ordering through another animal health website and directly from myAnimalRx?
Antibiotics and many animal health products require veterinary approval regardless of where they are ordered from. When you place an order with another company, they have to receive the order, notify our staff, and we have to give approval before the order can be fulfilled; even if you’ve previously ordered with them or have an account. When you use myAnimalRx through our practice, we get notifications as soon as you place an order requiring authorization, and can grant permissions with customized instructions based on the care plan we’ve discussed directly with you, so you have everything you need when you need it, eliminating costly delays and additional authorization fees.

Q: How do I access myAnimalRx?
We will create you an account. Simply request an account by contacting us. After your account has been created, you may save the log in site to your browser for future use, or you may access the online storefront from the link on our clinic’s website. Please note, if you try to access the link without having a prior account created, you will not be able to access myAnimalRx.
Orders
Q: What can I order from myAnimalRx?
We will have a wide variety of products available. You can find antibiotics and vaccines, as well as supplies such as needles and syringes. Wormers and pest control are also available along with much more. Think of it as your one-stop shop for all your animal health supply needs.
Q: How long does it take get an order?
In most cases orders can be drop shipped direct to your gate within 24 hours.
Q: How/When will I receive my order(s)?
Some items, like vaccines, will require one-day shipping on cool packs. Others can ship ground. What is ordered and if the order has been placed after hours will determine shipping times. However, most orders can be expected next-day shipping.
Q: Can I order for clinic pick up?
While our practice will continue to carry and have available a selection of products on shelves in at the clinic, to streamline orders placed on myAnimalRx products are shipped from central warehouse locations and you will need to have a designated shipping address for your account. Shipping your items to the clinic can cause unnecessary delays. Please reach out to us to discuss further options if shipping direct to you is not an option.
Q: How does this affect the VFD (Veterinary Feed Directive) for antibiotics?
Our myAnimalRx online pharmacy will actually help when it comes to VFD oversight. As your herd health provider, we’ve likely already discussed what your needs are, and your herd’s health protocols. Products requiring veterinary approval are now managed through our clinic with our clinic staff and streamlined to get approvals sooner, meaning you no longer have the hassle of getting approvals through third-party ordering.
