In general, commercial carriers deliver boxes but don’t necessarily know anything about those boxes nor what is in them. Our delivery specialists not only know what is in those boxes but they understand how important you and your order is based on how highly we value our relationship with you.
Features and benefits
As a member of the MWI White Glove Delivery Service, you will receive pre-determined weekly delivery of product - anything that MWI carries - from an MWI warehouse directly to your facility by one of our Delivery Specialists. You also will continue to have the option to order additional product if you need to receive it faster than part of your scheduled delivery.
The MWI Delivery Specialist will:
- Assist you in any way possible in getting your order received, stocked in the appropriate place or simply left in a specified location of your choosing
- Before leaving we will always check to see if the order is correct and answer any questions you may have about your order
- Help you with any authorized returns you may have by getting that product back to the warehouse for processing
